The second edition of our Fairmined virtual edit comes right along with the seasonal changes. While the snow t is starting to melt and flowers are starting to bloom, this edit brings a selection of collections made by Fairmined licensed brands that can be worn all year round and would make a perfect pairing for our trendier seasonal pieces of choice
Stacking jewelry has been around for quite some time now, and this trend is not going anywhere; the perfect way to personalize a look by bringing together multiple styles and layering your favorite pieces, from the most meaningful ones to our latest fashionable acquisitions, and it is definitely here to stay. Creating a stack, is adding jewelry over jewelry, breaking away from a single trend and combining them all together, all at once. It can be a way to bring down a look or create an edgier one, by mixing fine and fashion jewelry, or to elevate it by unapologetically going all out with your brightest and biggest statement pieces.
Stackable jewelry can go from a delicate and neutral look where you combine dainty pieces to a bulky and strong one that will certainly steal the show.
For this edition, I chose to create a selection of collections where every piece can be used alone to stand out on their own or be stacked to create an infinite number of looks.
GOLD STACKING RINGS: Futura - The Forever Futura Collection
The Forever Futura Collection is a new collection of five rings designed to be stacked together or with your favorite pieces. This collection is participating in the Fairmined 100 challenge. Each ring is different from the others, and they embody the five living elements of heaven and earth, they are available in 18k Fairmined Ecological yellow, white or rose gold.
• The Terra Ring: of the earth, representing stability, potential, and being grounded.
• The Mare Ring: of the sea, a twisted ring that captures the movement and powerful energy of the ocean.
• The Luna Ring: of the heavens, a rounded ring that illuminates how we ebb and flow with the ever-changing universe.
• The Sole Ring: of the sun, is a double twisted ring to harness the empowering energy of the sun.
• The Aria Ring: of the air, a squared band that gives us the strength to use our voices to spread peace and wisdom.
Futura is NYC based brand, all pieces are handcrafted in the city in 18k certified Fairmined Ecological gold, extracted without the use of any toxic chemicals including mercury and cyanide.
SILVER STACKING RING SET: Minrl – Fairmined Random Polygons Ring Set
The Fairmined Random Polygon Rings are designed with different angles to look asymmetrical, but use the same base so that they fit perfectly as one single ring when worn together. These rings are part of the selection of the Fairmined 100 challenge, they are completely made in Fairmined silver and are available to purchase in sets of 3, 5 or 6.
The rings are stackable pieces but have been designed to be worn together, separately or combined with other pieces from your jewelry collection; organized to create a progressive effect or without any order at all. This is a geometrical design, complemented with a mirror polishing that results in clean and minimal stackable pieces.
Minrl is based in Milano but the brand also shares the British and Colombian origins from the two founders, Paula and Giovanni, together with their backgrounds in industrial and product design. Most pieces from the brand can be made to order using Fairmined metals and all of the pieces are created using traditional techniques combined with new technologies
DAINTY MIX AND MATCH ESSENTIALS: Lakdawala –The minimalist collection
The minimalist collection is the first collection launched by the Texas-born brand Lakdawala, a lightweight collection of 11 pieces handcrafted in 14k Fairmined gold, are the perfect pieces to complement your own stackable collection.
The perfect combination of a pop of color and gemstones, some dancing chains and a delicate golden rings selection to mix and match, is made up of 6 rings and 5 pairs of earrings and studs
The collection is also one of the first 25 participants from the Fairmined 100 challenge. Lakdawala’s minimalistic and playful style is meant to be worn day-to-day. The brand was founded by three sisters: Naazneen, Sana and Shabana, With the simple philosophy to make sustainability and luxury coexist, the brand has decided to work exclusively with Fairmined gold.
NECK-PARTY: Rachel Jackson –Eternal Treasures Solid Gold Necklaces
The Eternal Treasures Solid Gold Necklaces is a collection of seven gold necklaces where delicate pendants and motives come into play with delicate gold box chains that can be adjusted to various lengths. All pieces from this participating collection of the Fairmined 100 challenge, are made with 9K gold, and some of them are combined with cultured diamonds or pearls.
The 7 pieces described as miniature forever heirlooms are delicate but full of personality, each one of the motives, pendants or designs can bring a lot of energy, fun and symbolism to any mix.
The London based brand has the purpose of making a change to both people and the planet and are transitioning to expand their Fairmined offerings, to ensure transparency and traceability.
CIRCULAR WIRES IN SILVER OR GOLD: Coralie Grzes: Floriane Collection
Floriane collection uses 3mm and 2.5mm 18k Fairmined gold round wire, to create the perfectly circular collection, made by bangles, hoop earrings and rings. These are sculptural and geometrical pieces with a clean, round and chunky look all available in Fairmined gold or silver.
The collection is the perfect creation of pieces that can be worn differently each day of the week; as the star of your stack combined with delicate pieces, paired with bolder ones of intricate designs, to create a solid-like stack for your ring, arm or ear-party or wore on their own.
Most designs from the brand – if not all- have a minimalistic and harmonious approach and innovative yet classic design that makes them perfect for stackable pieces. All of the designs made by the French designer, Coralie Grzes, are made to order in ethically sourced Fairmined metals, and completely handcrafted in her workshop located in Barcelona.
THE STATEMENT STACK: Fucine Romane - ROMA AD MMXX
The Roma AD MMXX collection is a tribute to the brand’s hometown: Rome. A unique collection full of significance based on powerful and mythological symbols from this ancient city that honors nature and human dignity.
The collection is formed by 18 pieces, that are made-to-order in both its purest state 24K Fairmined Eco gold or pure 999 Fairmined silver, a wide variety of pieces and styles that could be styled together or worn apart.
Fucine Romane’s collection is also one of the participating collections from the Fairmined 100 challenge. As part of these values: created in Harmony with nature and serving Human Dignity, the brand has decided to only use Fairmined silver and gold of the highest purity.
Statement pieces:
• Rombi Earrings and pendant: the rhomboid shapes of Piazza del Campidoglio.
• Serpent ring: the symbol of Mother Earth and a manifestation of Nature since the origin of Man
• Palm Tree bracelet: symbol of peace and victory.

The Fine Diamond chain and bracelet make up a two pieces collection made with 18K Fairmined gold and ethically sourced Canadian mined diamonds of the highest quality. The two chains are the most delicate handmade chain from the brand, the necklace contains 7 diamonds while the bracelet contains 3 or 5 of them.
These exquisite handmade pieces are made-to-order, and it’s style combines bold and structural shaped links with classic crafts of goldsmithing and delicate diamonds of great clarity: VS.
Jenna and Andy, the couple behind East Camp Goods, are metalsmiths based in upstate New York. Together they design and create all the pieces from the brand and work almost exclusively with Fairmined metals.
GOLDEN LINK CHAIN: Blancca – The Blanca Collection
Plated in Fairmined gold, The Blanca Collection is the ultimate stackable collection where round shapes are the protagonists. Silver wires plated with 18k Fairmined gold are transformed into curves, geometric shapes and links of different sizes.The Collection consists of 3 sub collections French Maille, Golden Hour and Curves, and a total of 9 pieces, a variety of necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings.
Bold chain links of different shapes and sizes are a staple of the collection, creating different compositions that can go along with the most delicate chains or the boldest pieces from your stack.
Blancca is based In Boulogne-Billacourt, France. The brand was one of the first-ever to gold-plate silver pieces with Fairmined gold. This is a reflection of Camille’s, the brand creator, desire to combine beauty with her personal beliefs, and create luxury goods that are ethical and sustainable at their core.
